2. Description of Service

Kemnile is an AI-powered personalized learning platform for K-8 students. We provide educational tools including AI Explainer, Quiz Generator, Text Summarizer, and study group features.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password
  • You must be 13+ years old to create an account (or have parental consent)
  • One account per user; no account sharing
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
  • Abuse, harass, threaten, or harm other users
  • Post inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
  • Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or exploit our systems

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, AI models, and software) are owned by Kemnile and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you upload (e.g., documents, quiz responses). By uploading, you grant us a license to use, store, and process that content solely to provide our services.

6. AI-Generated Content

Our AI tools (Explainer, Quiz Generator, etc.) generate content using large language models. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally be incorrect, incomplete, or inappropriate. Always verify AI-generated information with authoritative sources. We are not responsible for errors in AI outputs.

7. Educational Purpose Only

Kemnile is an educational tool and should not replace professional instruction, tutoring, or academic guidance.

8. Payment & Subscriptions

Currently, Kemnile is free to use. If we introduce paid features in the future, we will provide clear pricing and billing terms. You will have the option to opt-in to paid plans.

9. Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time via your profile settings
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
  • We may discontinue the service with 30 days' notice
  • Upon termination, your data will be deleted (subject to legal retention)

10. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.
